Sports and activities are essential for a healthy lifestyle.  There are times when it can be challenging to find sports and activities that are inclusive. Click below for a list of inclusive organizations that focus on individual and team success.

This list of organizations and programs provide opportunities to play individual as well as team sports.  Organizations may not be in your area, however, some provide opportunities to start your own league or sports team in your area. 

  • Flight Trampoline Park

    Offers a time during the week where individuals with special needs can appreciate and enjoy the trampoline park without large crowds and an overstimulating environment. 

  • Paralympics

    Team and individual sports for individuals with physical impairments.

  • Special Olympics

    Team and individual sports for individuals with various special needs.

  • The American Special Hockey Association

    A hockey program geared towards providing individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities the opportunity to learn and play hockey.

  • The Miracle League

    Provides opportunities to play baseball regardless of abilities.

  • TopSoccer

    Gives the opportunity and environment to any child with a disability to learn how to play soccer.  You can start your own TopSoccer program just about anywhere.

  • Unified Sports

    Sports teams for people with and without intellectual disabilities. Supports inclusion by promoting team members with similar ability levels and age. Unified Sports is a branch of the Special Olympics.
